Description:

The huge boulders below the managed Latschen Hut were completely renovated in 2007. All routes are equipped with "Umlenk" carabiners. It is especially suitable for advanced climbers and offers beautiful routes in best rock quality in a scenic surrounding.

Details:

Route length: up to 20 meters

Equipment: 12 slings + 50 meter rope + helmet

Attention: Due to the vegetation at the summit, the route takes some days to dry again after strong rainfalls.

Best season: Summer - ideal for hot days.

Arrival

Exit the motorway A12 at Imst and take the entry/driveway 4 (look at map) up to Hoch-Imst. With the lift up to the Untermarkter Alm (by foot ca. 1 hour). From the Alm towards the Latschen Hut. After ca. 15 minutes turn into the Jägersteig (signs) and after another 5 minutes to the climbing garden below the Latschen Hut.
